Dawn has helped me in numerous ways – I don’t really know where to start! About six months ago I started running (having done no running at all for years), and along with all the benefits came a few obstacles which Dawn has successfully helped me tackle!
Dawn seemed to cure my shinsplints as if it were magic – literally one day they were there, the next they weren’t. I’m not sure how she did it but it certainly did the trick! On attending her running classes on Friday afternoons, she amazes me with the ability to make sure everyone in the group is getting the advice and attention they need.
She has hugely improved my running posture through a series of exercises, advice and stretches which has had knock on effects throughout my everyday life, and has really helped me enjoy my running even more and find new ways of being with it. I can’t thank you enough Dawn!
